The technical support person I had spoken to did tell me to open up the Task Manager, under Process, highlight
I've gone into the templates icon, then properties and have tried changing the program type so it opens from to WINWORD, but that hasn't helped. But what is puzzling that when Iįirst had Office 2010 there was no problems with my templates.
I did this, but the templates still did not open. Support that came with my computer they suggested tht it was due to my templates originally being of an older Word version and to recreate them using Word 2010 templates. Then about a month ago when I open a folder with a template in the template will not open as a new document.
For the first few months it was worked brilliantly. When I brought a new computer I upgraded my office to Professional 2010.
